- Submiting Artwork
Every order at Engrave Yard is unique and has its own special requirements. These requirements range from items including text, others including an image, and some including both. Please review the following instructions before you select your engraved item. Not every picture, image or drawing can be applied to every product, some restrictions apply. If submitted artwork is in question email the picture to artwork@engraveyard.com and the product of interest and our order department will advise on feasibility. - How to Submit Artwork
Supported applications: Coreldraw (.cdr), Photoshop (.psd), Photopaint (.cpt), and Illustrator (.ai).
We charge $75/hour (minimum charge of $25) to convert a logo or drawing to an engraveable format if the image is not vectorized art or high quality digital image.
- Artwork can be submitted 2 ways
- Use our upload artwork tool under the Service and Policy section of our website located on the bottom left corner.
- send an attachment and email to artwork@engraveyard.com
- To qualify for free setup for all metal items the requirements are as follows

- all artwork submitted must be in digital vector format
- we accept formats that are .eps, .cdr, .ai
- all logos and clip art must be in vector format
- no artwork copied from websites will be accepted
- photographs and images cannot be put on metal items
- To qualify for free setup for all wood, plastic, glass, and all awards
- all artwork must me submitted in digital format
- we accept formats that are eps, tif, jpg, cdr, ai, doc
- We do not accept camera phone photos and logos from websites
